Immaculately performed Surf-Guitar Instrumentals from The Halibuts, featuring mostly original material.
The Halibuts were one of the very first surf bands from LA among with Jon & The Nightriders and The Surf Raiders.
Starting in the early 1980s, South Bay Los Angeles' own Halibuts played instro surf music before it became hip again.
All but one of the members in the band surfed too, which was unusual at the time.
