Belgian rockabilly trio Slapback Johnny have been playing at least 50 shows national and international venues every year since their foundation in 2012.
They have thus acquired an enormous performer sovereignty, which is also a plus point in the studio, always focusing on the highly energetic interaction as a compact trio, including great growling Gretsch guutar riffs.
The 13 songs here are varied and atmospheric, although the energy level is kept very high throughout.
