Mac Curtis' Early in the Morning is a solid set of rock 'n' roll and country rock originally released on GRT label in 1970.
When GRT closed their Nashville record division, the master was reverted back to Mac along with an album made by Mac's Nashville Marimba Band.
Thes second GRT album was not released until he put the money behind it and released it himself in 1977.
This CD release contains both of these Mac's GRT albums, produced by Tommy Allsup, plus two bonus tracks from a 45rpm single.
Mac's Nashville Marimba Band is something different - instrumental versions of country hits played with marimba!
