In recent years The Sewer Rats have established themselves throughout European, building up a strong following of Greaser Punks and Psychobillies, plaing catchy sing-along punk rock in the tradition of Rancid, but with Stand-Up Bass and Rockabilly influences.
They also call on Social Distortion, the Stray Cats and Blondie among their influence.
The Sewer Rats create a Punkabilly cocktail which is both classic and yet refreshingly new.
Their lyrics deal with personal topics such as friendship, love, hate and loyalty, along with stories of events that the band has encountered on the road.
