32 great tracks of original Doo-Wop style Rock 'n' Roll from The Marcels, best known for their classic version of Blue Moon which is featured here alongside all of their other finest recordings.
The Marcels original line-up of two white and three black members made them one of the first multi-racial vocal groups.
The scored a big hit with one of doowop's instantly recognisable landmark records - their irreverent arrangement of Blue Moon, and the hits continue with Summertime, Heartaches and My Melancholy Baby.
Their first LP (which was titled after their multi-million selling hit single Blue Moon is included here in it's entirety along with several collectors rarities.
Much of this material is unavailable elsewhere on CD.
