Deluxe Lo-Fi CD
Little Victor
Deluxe Lo-Fi CD
Little Victor Mac - also known as The Beale Street Blues Bopper - is back after eight years with his ground-breaking new album Deluxe Lo-Fi.
The album featured well known rockin' blues musicians, Kim Wilson (The Fabulous Thunderbirds), Steve Lucky, Carl Sonny Leyland among them.
Little Victor believes Lo-Fi is the new Hi-Fi and he explores all types of lo-fi sounds.
It caters to a wide range of styles from 1950s rockin' blues to raw late '50s/early 60's R&B,, and from “pre-war” to blues boppers.
There are lots of upbeat danceable numbers, and Victor even goes back to his rock 'n' roll roots with a Little Richard style song.
He tried to make this release sound like a collection of vintage obscure 45s and 78s.
Perhaps the best album that Victor has ever done features some of the best songs he ever wrote and also some of his best performances as a vocalist and guitarist.
