One of the most consistent hitmakers of the late 1950s, Jimmie Rodgers clocked up more than twenty US and UK chart entries between 1957 and 1962.
This 32 track collection presents the very best recordings from the peak of his career and includes all his chart records during this period for the Roulette and Dot Records labels, including the million-sellers Honeycomb, Kisses Sweeter Than Wine, Oh-Oh I'm Falling In Love Again, Secretly and Make Me A Miracle.
Also included are a handful of collectors' rarities, most notably his very first 45rpm release, I Won't Sing Rock And Roll/I Always Knew, recorded in 1956 for the obscure Vancouver-based Zig Zag Records label, which has never previously been reissued in any format.
This is the first time that this body of work has been compiled together.
