There weren't many rockabilly bands in Norway back in 1993, so Hot Rod Torgeir & His Rock-A-Hulas were rather exotic when they appeared as unknown freshmen on the Oslo stages with washboards on fire, two drummers, skeleton masks and fireworks from the edge of stage.
After some line up changes they went on to record their album Cruisin'.
The songs were mostly originals, with classic rockabilly themes such as cars, girls, card games, sex and goats.
Two bonus tracks have been added to this long overdue vinyl reissue.
