The best of his recordings of this century are now collected together on one CD.
Hayden's versions of four songs each from the Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and Carl Perkins catalogs proudly contest the originals, whilst the four songs written by Hayden demonstrates his excellent writing skills.
Hayden Thompson fans will be pleased to discover six previously unreleased recordings.
Four of them are outtakes from his Bluelight Records and St. George Records recording sessions and two are 1966 live radio broadcast recordings from the Grand Ole Opry.
On top of this Billy Lee Riley, Hayden's label mate from Sun Records, joins in on the Carl Perkins classic Gone Gone Gone, and Swedish rockabillies Wildfire Willie & The Ramblers feature on Cry Cry Cry.
