The Seatsniffers and Smokestack Lightnin’ are well known for their own quirky takes on American Roots Rock.  Both band have appeared on each other's records - but now they’ve finally released a record together - and it's a unique one at that!
On "Roadmasters", The Seatsniffers and Smokestack Lightnin’ tackle cover songs ranging from well-known to obscure.  There's Rockabilly, stomping R&B, Hard Country and more besides, with both bands’ unique identities firmly in place.  Ronnie Self, Rodney Crowell, Bob Luman, Hank Williams, Charlie Rich and The Cramps are just some of the artists whose songs get the Smokestack/Seatsniffer treatment.   "Roadmasters" is a beautifully presented digipack with two separate CDs and great artwork.
